Welcome to Aromiva! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application, Aromiva (the "App"), and any related services provided by us. Please read these Terms carefully before using our App.

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Aromiva provides a collection of guided meditations, soundscapes, sleep stories, and other content related to mindfulness and well-being (the "Service"). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions

While basic access to Aromiva may be free, we may offer enhanced features through a paid subscription ("Aromiva Premium").

• Billing: Subscriptions are managed and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payments will be charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your app store account settings after purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the App in any medium.
• Using any automated system, including "robots" or "spiders," to access the App.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the App.
• Sharing your account password or letting anyone else access your account.

6. Medical Disclaimer

Aromiva is not a licensed medical care provider and the Service is not intended to replace professional medical advice or to diagnose, treat, or manage any medical or mental health condition. Please consult with a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare provider before making any decisions or taking any actions that may affect your health and safety.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the App and your use thereof. We make no warranties that the App will meet your requirements, be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis, or that the content will be accurate or reliable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Aromiva or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
